Debt Quality Officer for Money Advice West partnership
As Debt Quality Officer you will use your expert knowledge of the debt advice process to improve the provision of quality debt advice and enhance the client experience across Money Advice West. In this role you will use your case checking and supervision experience to assess and monitor the quality of debt advice, and with your excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships you will support the development of advisers and support agencies to implement improvement activities.
With a good balance of analytical skills and the ability to influence and negotiate, you will work collaboratively with the Money Advice West team to support the implementation and ongoing facilitation of quality assurance and improvement processes. Your positive attitude and ability to see an opportunity where others see a problem will enable you to effectively inform and support contract compliance and performance management activities.
With extensive experience of delivering and supervising money advice, combined with an understanding of the client journey, you will identify good practice and share learning with partner agencies throughout the Money Advice Service.
