If you are experiencing difficulties with your energy costs you can contact us for free advice. Our Energy Advice Project provides one-to-one advice and support to people and is dedicated to tackling fuel poverty. All our advice is free, independent and confidential.
About our energy advice project
All staff working on the project hold the NEA City and Guilds Energy Awareness qualification. Rhianne Hawkins, the Project Manager, received the NEA ‘Heat Heroes’ award in 2012, and two of our Energy Advisers received the same award in 2015. The project’s major funders are British Gas Energy Trust, EDF Energy Trust, and Scottish Power Energy People Trust.
