Talking Money is committed to making our services accessible to all. Our office is fully wheelchair accessible, with a ramp and an electronically-operated push pad for the door, a reduced height section of the reception desk and disabled toilet facilities. Some of our leaflets and signs are available in Polish and Somali. We subscribe to a telephone language interpretation service and can also arrange interpreters through Bristol City Council. For clients with hearing loss, we can use sign language interpreters, lip speakers, note takers or other communication support available from local organisations. There is also a digital hearing loop available in reception. Service dogs are welcome.
