Complaints PolicyTalking Money aims to provide a high quality, professional service.  If you want to complain about any aspect of our service, we have a complaints policy which tells you how your complaint will be dealt with and what you can do if you are not satisfied with the response you receive.  Complaints may be made by post, telephone, fax, email messages or in person.  If you would like a copy of our Complaints Form you can download a copy or you can ask any member of staff for a copy.
